By accessing or using AiOffice, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the AiOffice client.

You may not reverse-engineer the client, remove signature checks, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Subscription & billing

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions; entitlements and quotas are defined server-side.

Subscriptions auto-renew and can be canceled anytime; credits in a paid period are non-refundable except where required by law.

Limitation of liability

AI-generated content may contain errors; citation grounding reduces hallucination but is not professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
